Opensharing Vietnamese Scientists and Experts Directory (OVSED) is a part of a non-profit project animated by a group of young Vietnamese scientists and experts (majoritarily PhD students) around the world (OVSED Team). Its goals are:

 
1. Update as completely as possible all Vietnamese Scientists and Experts (VSE) in the world.
2. Connect local members/groups/associations to organize workshops/conferences for VSE.
