The rapid development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and their ever-greater effect on a wide range of other industries is due to the non-stop research, creativityand innovation. Innovation yields progress, which further stimulates innovation in a closed loop that is catalyzed by expensive, long-term investment. Therefore, innovation becomes key to the success of ICT companies and somehow a vital factor to survive in this high paced and intensely competitive market.

Following the success of precedent seminars, the 4th annual VNTelecom seminar on Innovation and Creativity in ICT will be held by the VNTelecom[1] community on November 26th2011 in Paris (France), in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). The seminar aims at building a bridge between oversea Vietnamese ICT professionals/enterprises and those in Vietnam. This event will be a prime opportunity for participants with common interests on Vietnam ICT development to broaden their professional contacts, to share their visions and to relate their experiences.
