SEAMEO Regional Training Center (SEAMEO RETRAC) is pleased to announce its annual international conference on “Responding to the 21st century demands for educational leadership and management in higher education”. The Conference will be held at SEAMEO RETRAC, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from June 28 to June 29, 2012.

This year’s conference will focus on a range of critically important issues addressing the demands, challenges, practices in educational leadership and management facing institutions in the 21st century. Also, it looks forward to hosting a common collaborative platform for academicians, professionals to bring in and share new ideas, perspectives, as well as concepts in the 21st century education and training.

We are interested in inviting prospective researchers, educators, practitioners, and participants with a professional interest in educational leadership and management. The Conference is also inviting research papers that analyze, study the aforementioned field.

Abstract and Paper Submission

The Organizing Committee is inviting the submission of abstracts and papers including the brief biographies of the writers/authors by the deadline indicated below. Content of the paper should be related to the theme or any sub themes of the conference.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

You are invited to submit the abstract of not more than 250 words electronically to using MS Word format. The abstract should carry the title of the paper, the name(s) of the author(s). The font should be Times New Roman, in 12pt. The abstract should be submitted by April 25, 2012.
A panel of experts will review the abstracts and confirm the abstract acceptance 10 days upon the receipt.

Paper Submission Guidelines

Papers should include a title, author’s names and affiliations of all authors, and be in MS Word format. We also require a postal address, telephone number and e-mail address of the authors. The paper should be submitted by May 20, 2012 (including references, notes, and tables, if any). The font should be Times New Roman. The text of the paper should be in 12pt font and the length of the paper should not exceed 10 pages.
Full papers should be submitted by the deadline indicated below. All accepted papers will appear in the proceedings.

The registration fee is as follows:

Early Bird registration (Before May 1): USD200
Regular registration: USD250

The registration fee is to cover conference materials, lunches, tea breaks, and conference certificates.
*Note: Chosen speakers are exempt from payment of the conference fee.
