ASPA 2012 – Hitech, Economics (Vietnam)

The 16th Annual Conference of Asian Science Parks Association (ASPA) will be organized in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in October 2012. This is an ideal opportunity for commercial and investment networking between Vietnamese and Asian communities of S&T and hi-tech companies, as well as knowledge sharing and learning, and experience exchanges in science park and hi tech development between intellectuals, scientists and managers of Vietnam and ASPA members.

We would like to invite you to submit papers for discussion at the 16th ASPA Annual Conference 2012 for the following topics. Authors of the accepted papers will receive a 50% discount on the Conference Registration Fee.

Group 1: Topics for Development policies:

  1. The role of local administration in managing and supporting Hi-tech park’s development
  2. Specific financial mechanism for the establishment and sustainable development of local and national Hi-tech parks

Group 2: Topics Association and Co-operation:

  1. International co-operation between Hi-tech parks
  2. Association and co-operation for development between Enterprises and R&D Institutes within Science parks

Group 3: Incubation and development

  1. The development of science park and hi-tech park toward creating green economies locally and internationally
  2. Incubating Hi-tech enterprises to boost green economic growth

Group 4: Hi-tech workforce and the environment

  1. Workforce harmony in the development of new, high technologies and local traditional techniques
  2. Management of living environment within Hi-tech parks and Science parks
